Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order for personalized name badges, even when a logo is included. If you would like Reeves to store your name badges for future call-outs through our voucher program, a minimum order of 12 name badges applies.





What is the voucher program?

Our voucher program allows customers to pre-purchase a minimum of 12 name badges, along with shipping, for future call-outs. Those badges are then reserved specifically for that customer’s future use. When a voucher is redeemed, the badge is personalized with the approved logo and individual name, then shipped, even if only one badge is needed. This helps prevent out-of-stock delays and makes reordering simple.





Do you offer quantity pricing?

Yes. Quantity discounts are available on many name badge styles. Pricing varies by product, and most discounts begin at 100 badges. If you are planning a larger order, our team is happy to help you choose the most cost-effective option.





Can I see a proof or sample before my order is finalized?

Yes. During the ordering process, you are able to preview your name badge with personalization, including logo and name. If you would like to purchase a physical sample before approving a full order, that option is also available.









Can I reorder later?

Yes. For those who have an account on our website, your past purchases are viewable for reordering.

Do you provide design services?

We do not create custom logos, but we are happy to prepare a digital proof of your logo on the Reeves name badge you select. If helpful, we can also show sample personalization as part of the proof. If you are unsure which style to choose, our team can help you narrow down the best options.




Can I add my logo?

Yes. You may upload your logo as part of the ordering process. For many orders, a proof or mockup is provided for approval before production.

What logo file type should I upload?

For the best results, we recommend vector artwork such as AI, EPS, or PDF. If a vector file is not available, you may upload a high-resolution PNG or JPG. The final result will depend on the quality of the original artwork.

What is a vector file?

A vector file is artwork created with lines and shapes rather than pixels. Because it can be resized without losing quality, it is the best file type for logos and other artwork that needs to stay sharp on a small product like a name badge.





What are hex codes, and why do they matter?

Hex codes are digital color values used to identify specific colors. Sharing your brand’s hex codes helps us understand the colors you want represented as accurately as possible.









Will my logo colors match exactly?

We work carefully to represent your colors as accurately as possible. Screens and finished products may display color differently; slight variations may occur.

For added peace of mind, a pre-production sample may be purchased before a full order is placed.





Can I request a sample with my logo and personalization?

Yes. If you would like to review a sample before placing a larger order, you may order one fully personalized name badge with your logo directly on our website. Because Reeves does not have a minimum order requirement, sampling is simple, quick, and convenient.



Where should I place my logo on the badge?

The website allows you position your logo during the design process. In general, the best placement leaves enough room for names, titles, and other important details to remain easy to read. If you would like guidance, our team is happy to help.







My logo has very small text in it. Will it still be visible?

Very small text inside a logo may not always reproduce clearly, especially when the logo is reduced to fit a smaller badge. In some cases, the overall logo may still look strong while the smallest text becomes less distinct. If you are unsure, we recommend sending the artwork for review before ordering.











Will fine details in my logo reproduce clearly?

If you need a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and let you know what options are available based on where the order is in the process. Additional changes may affect timing.























How much does it cost to add my logo?

If this is your first order with a new logo, a one-time $25 setup fee per logo applies. Once your logo is on file, that setup fee does not apply to future orders using the same logo. Logo pricing within the product itself varies by quantity.

Yes. Our wood name badges are made from solid wood, not wood veneer.

Do you accept returns?
