How does the ordering process work?
Ordering custom name badges is a simple step-by-step process.
- Personalization: Choose whether you would like your name badge personalized or left blank. A logo may still be added if the badge is left blank.
- Configure Your Badge: Select your preferred color options and fastener type from the menus.
- Quantity: Enter the total number of badges you wish to order. Bulk discounts apply to larger orders.
- Logo Upload: Click "Select Image" to upload your logo.
- Add Lines of Personalization: Use the dropdown menu next to “Choose an Option” to enter personalization details or upload a list of names. To upload a list, click “Download CSV Template” or “Download Excel Spreadsheet.”
- Review: Double-check your spelling and configuration in the preview before adding to the cart.
What are the requirements for uploading a logo?
To ensure the best print quality, please follow these file guidelines:
- For the best results, we recommend uploading a vector file such as AI, EPS, or PDF. These file types provide the best clarity and scalability for logo artwork.
- If a vector file is not available, you may still upload a high-resolution PNG or JPG. Final quality will depend on the quality of the original file provided.
- If your logo uses specific brand colors, providing hex codes helps us understand the colors you would like represented as accurately as possible.
- Please note that screens and finished products may display color differently, so some variation in appearance is normal.
- There is a one-time logo setup fee of $25.00 per logo for first-time logo orders.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Quantity discounts are available on many name badge styles. Discount amounts vary by product.

What is the "Voucher Program"?
This option allows you to pre-purchase inventory to lock in bulk pricing without customizing all the badges immediately.
- How it works: Our voucher program allows customers to pre-purchase a minimum of 12 name badges, along with shipping, for future call-outs. Those badges are then reserved specifically for that customer’s future use.
- Redemption: When you need to redeem a voucher, log in, use your unique voucher code, customize the specific badges you need, and they will ship out. The payment is covered by your pre-paid voucher.
Can I see a proof before my order is finalized?
The website provides a digital preview as you select your options. Depending on the order, a digital proof or mockup may also be provided during the approval process, especially for logo orders. Before adding the item to your cart, please confirm that spelling and quantity are correct.
