Over 75 Years Later
Our Origins
Founded in 1947 by brothers Bob and Bud Reeves in Attleboro, Massachusetts, Reeves Company began in a city then known as the Jewelry Capital of the World. Surrounded by skilled artisans and precision manufacturers, the brothers set out to create a name badge that looked refined, held up to daily use, and reflected pride in one’s role.
After Bud passed away early in the company’s history, Bob carried their shared vision forward. He remained deeply committed to refining the design, structure, and quality of the Reeves name badge, challenging himself to improve it year after year. That discipline helped establish Reeves as a pioneer in the name badge industry and set standards that continue to influence the category today.
Reeves still draws on the craftsmanship and manufacturing heritage of the Attleboro area, combining proven techniques with modern processes to meet current demands.
Leadership Across Generations
Reeves Company’s longevity is rooted in thoughtful leadership at every stage of its growth.
As second-generation owner, Tom Reeves played a key role in modernizing operations by introducing automation into the production line. Those investments strengthened efficiency, consistency, and scalability, helping position Reeves to meet the evolving needs of larger and more complex customers.
Today, under the third-generation leadership of Rachel (Reeves) Benavides, Reeves continues that trajectory by integrating new technologies across production, systems, and processes. This ongoing focus on modernization supports accuracy, reliability, and long-term viability - ensuring Reeves remains a capable, forward-looking partner for enterprise-sized organizations.
Each generation has approached leadership with the same mindset: respect the foundation, invest where it matters, and adapt thoughtfully as expectations change.
