Our Involvement
We work as a team, we volunteer as a team
We believe meaningful impact happens when people are supported, engaged, and empowered to participate.
Each year, Reeves team members are encouraged to take part in volunteer activities that support our local community. In recognition of that commitment, employees are awarded an additional full day of paid time off after completing one qualifying volunteer activity. This benefit reflects our belief that community engagement is an important part of responsible business.
Our team’s community support includes:
- Supporting the first Miyawaki Pocket Forest in Attleboro, Massachusetts, helping restore native ecosystems and strengthen local environmental resilience
- Donating name badges to local organizations in Attleboro, Massachusetts
- Donating excess materials for use in local school art programs, extending material life while supporting creative education
- Sponsoring local organizations and schools through cash contributions, including the Rotary Club and the Annual Police & Fire Golf Tournament
- Annual participation, sponsorship, and volunteer support of the Keep Attleboro Beautiful community cleanup initiative
Together, these efforts reflect our commitment to responsible community investment, employee involvement, and local impact that is both practical and measurable.
