Thank you for choosing Reeves. Every name badge we make is crafted with care, and we want you to feel confident wearing it every day. Our 90-Day Warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and support should anything go wrong with the quality of your badge.
What’s Covered
For 90 days from the date your order is delivered, your name badge is protected against defects in materials or workmanship. During this period, Reeves will replace the badge at no cost if it has:
- A spelling or personalization error made by our team
- A defect in the material, finish, or construction
- A fastener issue caused by a manufacturing or material defect
Replacements are handled on a priority basis to keep your operations running smoothly.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to issues caused by:
- Drops, crushing, bending, or accidental damage
- Damage caused by laundering, including accidental washing or drying
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, detergents, or abrasive cleaners
- Alterations made outside of Reeves
- Loss or theft
- Normal wear from daily use

How to File a Warranty Claim
Getting help is simple:
- Email us at reevesco@reevesnamepins.com
- Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description
- Our team will review and follow up with next steps, which may include instructions on shipping the damaged name badge to us for inspection by our Quality team
If the issue is covered, we’ll replace your badge at no cost, including shipping.
Evaluation
The Reeves Quality team will review the claim and determine whether it qualifies under the warranty. In some cases, Reeves may request the item be returned for inspection.
Resolution
If approved, Reeves will:
• Replace the badge to match the original personalization, layout, and specifications of the badge as originally ordered at no cost or
• Repair the badge if appropriate
Reeves absorbs all replacement and return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
How to Care for Your Badge
Your name badge is crafted with the same level of care you would expect from a high-quality personal accessory. A little care helps keep it looking its best:
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth only
- Avoid detergents, alcohol, and abrasive cleaners
- Keep away from lotions, perfumes, and harsh chemicals
- Store it in a protective sleeve or case when not in use
